Accounts
You sign in through Supabase Auth with an email and password. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including any list published, key issued or subscription granted from it.
Your data, your ownership
You own the lists you author. Publishing does not transfer ownership; it produces a compiled, immutable runtime artifact derived from your rows and served from the edge on your behalf.
Plans, quota and metering
Query and usage limits are enforced at the edge, independent of what a client claims. Exceeding your plan's quota returns a structured response and stops serving further results for that scope — it does not degrade into partial or fabricated data. Billing is handled through Stripe; your plan and entitlement are AutoSugges's own record, reconciled against Stripe rather than read from it live on every request.
Publishable keys
A publishable key is not a secret and is expected to be visible in client code. It grants read access within its configured scope — owner, list, version, origin allow-list — never write access to your account or data. You may revoke or rotate a key at any time.
Custom domains
Every tenant may claim a subdomain of autosugges.com. Paid tiers may connect a customer-owned subdomain as a CNAME. Apex (bare) custom domains are not supported.
Suspension and termination
A tenant that stops paying or violates these terms may have its runtime credentials suspended, closing key access to its own lists and to lists it subscribes to. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@autosugges.com; your rows remain queryable PostgreSQL data until deletion is requested.
No uptime guarantee
AutoSugges is operated independently and makes no formal uptime commitment. See /status for a live probe of current availability rather than a historical claim.
Governing jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the jurisdiction of the operator: [jurisdiction to be determined by the operator].
